Use of the 101 mobile application is governed by a software license. To install and use the Mobile Application, these terms must be accepted.

• Trial Period means the initial access period to the Paid Version without a license fee unless tariffs state otherwise.
• Website means the Rights Holder websites available at 101-app.com.
• Service means information services, functionality and Content available through the Mobile Application.
• Content means text, graphic, audiovisual and other materials available through the Mobile Application.
• Device means a computer, tablet, mobile phone, smartphone or other device that allows use of the Mobile Application.
• Account means a personal section of the Mobile Application available after registration or authorization.

5. Electronic documents signed with a simple electronic signature may be used between the Rights Holder and the User and between Users. Actions made with the User's account, email, phone number or authorization data are deemed to be made by that User.

6. The User agrees to receive emails, SMS, push notifications and calls about Service events, actions in the Mobile Application, Agreement changes, new features and informational messages.

7. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are considered at the location of the Rights Holder. The Rights Holder may amend or terminate the Agreement unilaterally where permitted by applicable law.
