The hotline for entrepreneurs who want to open an account, arrange settlement and cash services or clarify service terms is 8 800 600-46-57. Calls from mobile phones within Russia are free.
If you are already a Tochka customer and your question concerns ongoing service, such as fees, products, access to your online account or transactions, the bank lists 8 800 200-00-24 as its main information number. A separate number is listed for calls from abroad: +7 (495) 258-33-50.
According to the contact centre’s description, support is available around the clock. Calls go straight to an operator, without a voice menu, which makes the line useful for urgent payment and access questions.
To keep the conversation shorter, have your identification details ready and call from the number linked to your agreement. This speeds up verification and helps you get to the substance of your question sooner.
