Features of Gectaro and the 101 App
Gectaro is a tool for project-based businesses, covering estimates, finance, procurement and work monitoring. The service combines a web platform with a mobile app for site supervisors. You can use rate directories and import estimates from Excel; imports from Russian estimating programs, including Grand-Smeta, depend on the plan and the source format. Check with the provider about service and support availability in your country.
In Gectaro, you can manage your own materials and rates, financial transactions, purchases and settlements. Access and approval procedures depend on roles and project settings. The 101 App was designed for collaboration within a construction company, covering projects, estimates, reports, documents and finance. Mobile apps and a web version are available. Management accounting helps bring working data together, but does not, on its own, replace mandatory construction regulations, financial accounting or tax accounting.
In 101, you can use price lists, prices and materials when preparing calculations. How quickly you can produce an estimate depends on how complete the price list is and how complex the work is. Before implementation, test your usual workflow with your own example and plan staff training.

Functionality of Gectaro and the 101 App
Gectaro offers estimates, work schedules, financial and inventory accounting, procurement, tasks, discussions, documents and reports. The provider’s website (in Russian) advertises estimates prepared ‘7 times faster’ and purchasing savings of ‘up to 20%’. These figures are presented by the provider in promotional materials. No independent comparison of efficiency was conducted here; savings for your company are not guaranteed.

The 101 App also includes projects, price lists, estimates, records of work and materials, income and expenses, approvals, documents, tasks and a Gantt chart. Clients can take part in approvals within the permissions granted to them. Having a smartphone alone does not determine access: a suitable platform, an account and project permissions are required.
The main idea behind 101 is collaboration using management data. Participants record project events within their permissions, while the manager monitors reporting and settlements. This may reduce the manual consolidation of spreadsheets, although time and cost savings depend on the company’s processes. The service does not remove the need for professional accounting support where it is required.
Approvals and event histories help retain information about work and interactions between the parties. The 101 article on evidence (in Russian) discusses the Russian legal context. The legal effect of an electronic approval depends on the applicable law, the contract and the circumstances; a status in the app does not guarantee that it replaces a formal completion certificate or determines the outcome of a court dispute in any country.

Interface and ease of use
Gectaro provides an estimate, a work schedule and project financial indicators. The mobile version of 101 uses projects, events, price lists and transaction histories. The historical screenshot below shows an earlier home screen. The current interface may differ; the available sections and actions depend on the platform and the participant’s permissions.
Mobile access
Gectaro offers a web platform and an app for site supervisors (page in Russian). According to the provider’s description, the mobile tool is intended for work reports and photos from the construction site. Check the capabilities of the web version and the app separately.

Collaboration
Gectaro provides roles for team members. The historical image below shows user role selection and permission settings. An open form does not mean that an employee has been added or changes have been saved. Check the specific roles and configuration options in the current version.
Collaboration in 101 helps divide report preparation, checking and approvals among participants. The specific process depends on permissions, agreements and project settings. The current screenshot below shows events marked ‘Awaiting confirmation’ and ‘Confirmed by partner’; confirming an event does not, on its own, prove payment. Integrations
The Gectaro website (in Russian) advertises more than 400 services through the Albato integration catalog, including amoCRM, Bitrix24, 1C, Google Drive and Telegram, as well as an Open API. Check connection requirements, necessary subscriptions and the data exchanged for your particular workflow. The promotional block below does not prove that an integration has already been configured.

101 supports importing price lists from Excel. The current screenshot below shows the import form open in the Forge Construction owner’s account before file selection: the import has not yet been performed. The interface is in Russian and the data are for demonstration. Preparing a file using the current template and accessing the price list depend on permissions.

Support and training
Gectaro offers implementation assistance (page in Russian) and training. Agree on the scope of data migration, process configuration and integrations with the provider. Assess the speed and quality of support against the specific service terms. A general promise does not establish those terms.
A technical support chat (in Russian) is available for 101. An AI assistant and a specialist may help with product questions; this article does not guarantee that every issue will be resolved or specify a guaranteed response time.

On 3 October 2026, the Gectaro pricing page (in Russian) listed the following terms for its Russian offer: prices in rubles per month when paid annually, with the first 7 days free. These are not local prices for other countries; check availability and the final offer with the provider.
- The Starter plan is intended for small teams of up to 3 users. It allows an unlimited number of projects. The price is 21,166 ₽ per month when paid annually.
- The Basic plan is suitable for companies seeking structured management. It includes up to 8 users, an unlimited number of projects, backups by email, imports from estimating programs (Grand-Smeta, Smeta.Ru, RIK and others), and API integrations. The price is 33,333 ₽ per month when paid annually.
- The Business plan is designed for medium-sized companies wishing to organize their processes and finances. It provides access for up to 15 users, all the features of the preceding plans, and priority support. The price is 55,833 ₽ per month when paid annually.
- The Pro plan is intended for large companies seeking optimization and growth. It includes up to 30 users, all the features of the preceding plans and VIP support. The price is 81,500 ₽ per month when paid annually.
On 3 October 2026, the 101 website presented a free set of features: estimates, tasks, chats, a Gantt chart, documents, price lists, company creation, a knowledge base, video conferences, 50,000 AI tokens per month and MCP. Two paid plans are listed for additional features. The ruble prices below refer to the verified offer with annual payment; check the currency and payment terms that apply to your situation with the provider.
PRO: unlimited creation of events in a project and the Company Fund, event approvals with the client, sending documents to clients and contractors, and 200,000 AI tokens per month. On the verified page, the price is 1,400 ₽ per month when paid annually.
PRO+: PRO features, API access, event approvals in the Company Fund, documents with the company logo, advanced analytics, export and an event change history, and 500,000 AI tokens per month. On the verified page, the price is 3,800 ₽ per month when paid annually.
