Russia hosted major forums, industry exhibitions, awards and conferences in summer 2026. This calendar archive helps you compare their themes and prepare for similar trips: whom to meet, what to offer, which partners to find and which ideas to bring back to your team.
The eleven events from the June–August 2026 calendar are retained below, with dates, audiences and practical reasons for attending. The information was checked on 1 October 2026. Where only an announced schedule is confirmed, this is stated separately; the WOWBIZ date needs clarification because the organiser’s website contains conflicting information. For future trips, check the programme and dates with the organiser before buying tickets.
To make trips worthwhile, treat participation as a project: a measurable goal, a meeting list, a budget and a quick review afterwards. Useful background includes financial accounting for events (in Russian) and the “event = project” approach in the 101 App (article in Russian).
Scheduling preparation in advance helps prevent a trip from clashing with day-to-day work. The article on creating a schedule explains the planning principle. The advice below concerns preparing for events of these kinds; the summer 2026 dates have already passed.

SPIEF 2026 (3–6 June, Saint Petersburg)
The Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum took place in Saint Petersburg. The organiser announced 3–6 June 2026 (in Russian) as its dates, and posts dated 9 June described the results of its work and meetings held (in Russian).
This format suits entrepreneurs who want to grow through partnerships: major customers, government contracts, exports, large deals and publicity. Relying solely on sales at an exhibition stand is risky. The benefits are clearer when meetings are arranged in advance and the team knows whom it is looking for and how it will choose a partner.
The preparation plan is straightforward: list 15–25 contacts, try to arrange 6–10 meetings and allow time to visit stands in your industry. Track travel and participation costs separately so they do not disappear into general spending. If you give employees money for business expenses, the article on accounting for employee expense advances (in Russian) is useful in a Russian context; check the documentation rules in other countries separately.
WOWBIZ 2026: the summer date needs clarification
The original calendar listed the international WOWBIZ business awards for 17 June 2026 in Moscow, with public project presentations and an awards ceremony. When checked on 1 October, the organiser’s website (in Russian) still contained stages dated 17 and 19 June 2026, while a separate WOWBIZ Russia programme indicated 21 September. This conflicting information does not confirm that the awards took place specifically on 17 June; that date cannot be treated as the final schedule.
Business awards can be useful for entrepreneurs with a management or product case study who want to build trust: demonstrate results to the market, gather feedback and gain media coverage. If a B2B company sells by demonstrating its expertise, entering awards sometimes brings more prospective customers than ordinary advertising.
The value comes when you can present your case in numbers. Before applying, check for before-and-after metrics, a customer testimonial and a clear business impact. Without these, participation risks becoming a waste of time. Confirm the terms and dates of the specific edition with the organiser.
BukhExpo 2026 (17–18 June, Moscow)
BukhExpo 2026 took place on 17–18 June in Moscow at the World Trade Center Congress Centre. The official website (in Russian) gives these dates and states that the forum has taken place, with recordings of the talks available.
Events of this kind are useful for entrepreneurs who want control over their finances: taxes, accounting automation and spending. Working with the Federal Tax Service concerns the Russian context. The themes are especially relevant to businesses with employees, contractors, numerous payments, advances and regular month-end closing; Russian tax rules cannot automatically be applied in other countries.
To avoid getting lost among the talks, choose one financial problem: cash-flow gaps, uncontrolled spending, weak supporting documents, missing rules for expense advances or confusion between projects. After the conference, record the decisions and set a date for implementing at least one change.
Russian Retail Week 2026 (22–25 June, Moscow)
Russian Retail Week took place on 22–25 June 2026 at Moscow’s World Trade Center. The dates and the fact that it was held are confirmed by the official results announcement dated 26 June (in Russian).
These events suit entrepreneurs connected with retail: supplies, private-label brands, packaging, logistics, financial technology, point-of-sale solutions, analytics, marketing, e-commerce and franchises. They are also useful for retailers who want to understand changes in retail chains, marketplaces and customer behaviour.
A practical approach is to shortlist companies before the forum whose representatives you want to meet at a stand or through mutual contacts. Chance introductions can happen at major events, but looking for partners becomes more systematic when you have a list of priorities.
Digital Transformation and Banking Technologies: Status 2026 (23–24 June, Moscow)
The Digital Transformation and Banking Technologies: Status 2026 conference took place on 23–24 June in Moscow, with in-person attendance and an online broadcast. Its organiser, Dialog Management Partners, confirmed that it was held on the conference page (in Russian).
If your business involves payments, financial technology, B2B services, cybersecurity, data processing or bank integrations, this format offers insight into market practices and requirements. Entrepreneurs in other industries can also benefit: changes in payment acceptance, lending, risk assessment and banks’ digital products affect everyday operations.
Preparation here centres on questions. Prepare 5–7 questions for banks and service providers about fees, limits, timescales, integrations, documentation requirements and business pricing plans. These make the conversations more specific.
ECOM Expo’26 (24–25 June, Moscow)
ECOM Expo’26 took place on 24–25 June 2026 in Moscow. The official website (in Russian) gives these dates and reports that the exhibition was held successfully.
This format is for entrepreneurs who sell online or build e-commerce infrastructure: marketing, logistics, payment solutions, analytics, IT, call centres and order fulfilment. At such an exhibition, you can compare contractors in person in a day and assess who fits your level of development.
A practical scenario is to choose one area that absorbs money. For some businesses it is delivery and returns; for others, advertising and attributing sales to it; for others, product listings and content. Then set a task: find 3 alternatives to your current solution and calculate the economics of switching.
Logistics Picnic (1 July, Moscow)
Logistics Picnic took place on 1 July 2026 in Moscow aboard the Imperatritsa riverboat. The event website (in Russian) contains the date and post-event materials, and the organiser’s post dated 2 July (in Russian) confirms that the business conference was held on board.
This format suits entrepreneurs in e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, third-party logistics (3PL), warehousing and delivery. A shared space can sometimes produce more direct conversations than a conference spread across several halls, where participants disperse into separate sessions.
To make the day productive, prepare as you would for negotiations: what volumes you transport, on which routes, which problems you want to solve—timing, rates, damage or tracking—and what you are ready to test within 30 days. The more precise the initial information, the more useful the market specialists’ answers.
INNOPROM 2026 (6–9 July, Yekaterinburg)
The INNOPROM 2026 programme in Yekaterinburg covered 6–9 July: all four dates appear in the organiser’s post dated 5 July (in Russian). Posts dated 8 July (in Russian) and 9 July (in Russian) confirm that the exhibition was operating on those days.
It is an exhibition and business programme about industry and technology. It suits entrepreneurs in two situations: you sell solutions to the industrial sector—equipment, software or services—or you manufacture products yourself and are looking for suppliers, cooperation and ways to improve efficiency.
At exhibitions like these, focus on a specific task: finding dealers, a component supplier, an integrator or a factory for your first project. In negotiations, “first project” may communicate the idea more clearly than “pilot”. Prepare your materials in advance: a presentation, a short price list, case studies and delivery terms.
Fashion Dive (16 July, Moscow; announced schedule)
The Fashion Dive conference was scheduled for 16 July 2026 in Moscow. This date appears on the official website (in Russian). The checked source confirms the schedule; separate confirmation that it actually took place was not obtained during this review.
The themes suit entrepreneurs in fashion, beauty, retail brands, marketing and e-commerce. Speed of adaptation matters in these fields: new channels, content, marketplaces, customer experience, data and customer acquisition costs.
Participation is more useful when you are ready to change processes. After a conference, choose one solution and assign an owner: revise the content plan, check unit economics by channel, test a new loyalty programme or set up analytics. Without implementation, the event remains a set of notes.
Territoriya Smyslov 2026 (20 July – 6 August, Moscow Region)
The all-Russian youth educational forum Territoriya Smyslov took place from 20 July to 6 August 2026 at the Senezh Management Workshop in Solnechnogorsk, Moscow Region. The dates and the fact that it was held are confirmed by the organiser’s results post dated 7 August (in Russian).
It is a youth educational forum focused on social and political issues. Its relevance to an entrepreneur depends on the programme and participation requirements: public discussions, learning, communication and projects may interest community leaders and people working with young teams. Potential benefits for partnerships and an employer’s reputation are an assessment of the themes’ relevance, rather than a promise of a dedicated entrepreneurship programme or a year’s worth of business connections.
Preparation for such venues concerns your perspective and subject. Consider what you can contribute: experience of creating a product, launching in a region, managing a team, sales or manufacturing processes. The benefit is greater when you listen and also join the discussion yourself.
Tavrida.ART 2026 (7–9 August, Sudak; announced schedule)
The Tavrida.ART festival of young art was scheduled for 7–9 August 2026 in Sudak, Crimea. The schedule is confirmed by the organiser’s posts dated 4 March (in Russian) and 24 May (in Russian). They confirm the announcement; separate confirmation that it actually took place was not obtained during this review.
For entrepreneurs, these themes concern the creative economy: content, brands, collaborative projects, media production, design, music and media. They are especially relevant to people building a personal brand, selling through ideas and presentation, or creating a product at the intersection of goods and media.
To obtain a business result from a festival, keep two tasks in mind. The first is to find contractors and partners who can create content and presentation at the level you need. The second is to agree on a joint project with a clear benefit for both parties: audiences, sales, reach or a shared product. After returning, put the agreements in writing so they do not get lost in messages.
